At 63, I Take the Supplements I Recommend, Here’s Why

I am often asked a very reasonable question:
“Do you actually take your own supplements, or is this just marketing?”
The answer is simple.
Yes, I do. Every single day. And I have done for years.
At 63, I personally take Clarity, Peri, Rosy, and Hair & Skin. Not because I am paid to, I am not. I am the founder. I take them because, after decades working in healthcare and more than 20 years specialising in women’s midlife and menopause health, these are the formulations I genuinely needed myself.
One of the most important lessons I have learned in menopause care is this:
Menopause is not one-size-fits-all.
Some women struggle primarily with cognitive symptoms such as brain fog and poor concentration. Others experience mood changes, sleep disruption, hot flushes, or joint pain. Many notice changes in their skin, hair, and overall vitality. For some women, it is all of the above.
That is why I created a range of targeted supplements, rather than a single so-called “miracle pill”. Women’s health is nuanced, individual, and deserves better than generic solutions.
So how do I feel at 63?
I feel well. My energy is good. My thinking is clear. My skin and hair are healthier than they were in my 50s.
Would I attribute that solely to supplements? Of course not. I eat well, stay active, manage stress, and prioritise sleep, all of which are fundamental to long-term health. But do these supplements make a meaningful difference? In my professional and personal experience, yes, they do.
I would never recommend or sell a product to my patients that I would not trust with my own health. That is not a marketing statement; it is a professional standard I have upheld throughout my medical career.
If you are wondering whether these supplements are worth considering, ask yourself this:
Would a healthcare professional with decades of experience, a specialist reputation, and a name to protect put her credibility behind products that do not deliver?
I wouldn’t.
And I didn’t.
