Led by our founder, Hazel Hayden, Nurse Consultant and Specialist in Menopause Health, we bring together a diverse mix of experience across women’s health, operations, marketing, and customer service. Every member of our team plays an essential role in delivering the trusted, high-quality support our community expects, from the development of our clean, thoughtful formulations to the day-to-day care we provide to our customers.

A nurse consultant and British Menopause Society Registered Specialist with over 36 years of NHS experience, Hazel leads the brand’s clinical vision and product development with a focus on quality, transparency, and women-first values.

With a strong background in business management and operations, Tim oversees the strategic and operational functions of the brand, ensuring every part of the business runs smoothly and efficiently.
